Moonshine Run Info and Contact
Moonshine Run – Rhonda Evans* 678-858-7103 – departs from Bearden Funeral Home at 10 am as a group, return on their own. Check in begins at 9:00 am. For the cars returning to town THAT HAVE MIRROR TAGS and wish to park in Moonshine Hauling Display Car (Farmers Market) area or the Pre-Registered Car Show area, please direct them to enter on Allen St. via Perimeter Rd. Those that do not have Pre-Registered Car Show mirror tags will need to enter on Allen St. and pay the fee to enter the car show. Click here to Register.
Moonshine Hauling Display Car Info and Contact
Moonshine Hauling Display Cars – Rhonda Evans* 678-858-7103– must pre register to receive a GOLD mirror tag with a numbered space. Enter on Allen St. via Perimeter Rd. These cars are Display cars and will not be judged. They will park at the Farmers Market and are asked to make a donation to KARE for Kids. Also please bring some type of paper/mat to place underneath the cars parked on concrete, under the building, to protect from oil stains etc.
Race Cars and Parade Info and Contact
Race Cars and all parade participants - Michael Garrett* 678-410-2875 – should have a red mirror tag enter Bearden’s Funeral home back parking lot via Hwy 53. Only parade participants can park haulers at Bearden’s. Race Cars must be in parade. If not, they can become a car show or car exhibit participant.
Show Cars Info and Contact
Show Cars - Amanda Thomas 678-283-6902 – All show cars MUST enter via Allen Street. No other traffic should be routed to Allen St to limit activity as much as possible. Pre-registered cars will have a colored (colors change each day) mirror tag for general show parking (first available) or Silver mirror tag for Premium Reserved Parking in front of City Hall marked area. Any cars that are not pre-registered can enter and pay CASH ONLY as they come in on Allen St. Show cars will EXIT beside Bojangles to Main Street.
Car Haulers Info
Car Haulers – Haulers will park at the new Dawson County Courthouse, 25 Justice Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534. Moonshine Hauler Registration.
Vendors General Info and Contact
Vendors-General – KARE Office 706-216-5273, kareforkidsoffice@gmail.com. All vendors will be notified via email in advance of when to check-in. Please pay special attention to these instructions.
Entertainers Info and Contact
Entertainers – Contact kareforkidsoffice@gmail.com Entertainers Only are allowed to enter through barricades nearest the stage they are performing on half hour prior to their scheduled time slot and must load up and exit immediately following their performance to allow space for other entertainers. The entertainers have been provided instructions on when and where to report. Please see map for stage location(s).

RV Parking – KARE office 706-216-5273. Located off Allen Street behind Robinson Elementary. Please call upon arrival. Check-in start at 1 pm on Friday, October 24th.

General Notes and Directions
GENERAL PARKING: Stay on Hwy 53E or on Hwy 9 and follow signs. Addresses for parking lots will be posted soon.
SHOW CARS: Enter on Allen Street.
From GA 400 -
1) Hwy 53W appx 6 miles. Turn right onto Perimeter Rd for .5 miles then left onto Allen Street.
2) Take a less travelled road Hwy. 136 W from GA 400 for 6 miles then turn left onto Hwy 9N for 1.4 miles. Turn left onto Perimeter Rd then right for .4 miles then right onto Allen St just past the Elementary School.
From Cumming - Take Hwy 9S, prior to entering Dawsonville turn right onto Perimeter Rd. for .5 miles and cross over Hwy 53 at traffic light. Travel .5 miles and turn left onto Allen Street.
From Ellijay – GA 53E directly to old courthouse and take first right onto Hwy 9S for .9 miles. Turn left onto Perimeter, stay on Perimeter for .5 miles and cross over Hwy 53 at traffic light and travel .5 miles. Turn left onto Allen Street. OR Take Hwy 52 to Hwy 136. Travel about 10 miles to 4-way stop, turn right onto Hwy 9N for 1.4 miles
then turn left onto Perimeter then left onto Allen St.
