Term of Stay:
RV Parkers are permitted to park their RVs on the reserved property from October 24, 2024, to October 27, 2024.
No Responsibility for Damages:
K.A.R.E. for Kids, Inc. shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, loss, or theft of real or personal property belonging to RV Parkers during their stay on the reserved property. RV Parkers acknowledge and agree that they are parking their RVs and residing
on the reserved property at their own risk.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
RV Parkers agree to leave their reserved parking spot cleaner than it was found upon their arrival. If RV Parkers fail to clean their reserved parking spot to the satisfaction of K.A.R.E. for Kids, Inc., a fine of $500.00 will be imposed on the responsible RV Parker(s).
Indemnification:
RV Parkers agree to indemnify and hold harmless K.A.R.E. for Kids, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or resulting from their stay on the reserved property.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind and every nature between them.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
